Romans 2
On Tuesday, I challenged us to share the Good News of Jesus with others.
You can follow the Roman Road to share your faith very easily.
To share your faith, you need to be faithful and bold and know that it is about Jesus and not you.
Romans 1:16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
Road to Salvation
All of us have sinned and deserve the wages of sin. Jesus died to give us the gift of life. So, we need to confess Him as Lord and be immersed into Him. Then we receive life, hope, freedom, and no condemnation. We rest in the peace that God will never leave us, and we can know His will as we live a transformed life.
Steps to Jesus down the Roman Road
All Sinned
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Wages of Sin
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jesus Died
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Gift of Life
Romans 6:23 … but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Confess
Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Be Immersed
Romans 6:1 What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? 2 By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? 3 Or don't you know that all of us who were immersed into Christ Jesus were immersed into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through immersion into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

Life
Romans 6:4 …just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
Hope
Romans 6:5 If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection.
Freedom
Romans 6:6 For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin— 7 because anyone who has died has been freed from sin.
Guiltless
Romans 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
Peace
Romans 8:38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Transformation
Romans 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Share your love of Jesus so the whole world will know.
Let’s be bold together and let our family and neighbors no the mystery of Jesus.
Romans 16:25 Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, 26 but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him— 27 to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.
I, Jim, will always go with you to share Jesus with your friends; just reach out.
