Core Beliefs of MCC

Volunteer

For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

The ministry and work of the church does not happen without the help and support of volunteers and ministry teams. We love and care for each one of our volunteers. As a church family, we are united behind one mission and one gospel, and it takes everyone of us to achieve and strive after that mission. The vision of Minier Christian Church is to Love20: loving the 20,000 people in the 20 communities in a 20 mile radius. Join us in being the 'hands and feet' of Jesus.

1 Peter 4:10 ~ "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."

Ministry Leadership Teams

Minier Christian Church has 9 ministry teams that oversee the comprehensive ministry responsibilities of the church. Each one of these ministry teams are led by a Leader and a Co-Leader and consist of many necessary and valuable volunteers. If you have a desire or passion to serve the Lord at Minier Christian Church, please do not hesitate to reach out. Each one of our ministry teams are open groups longing to bring others along in the ministry and work of the church, to serve beyond ourselves.

Volunteer FAQ

A good starting place is expressing your interest via the form below. Each Children's ministry volunteer must have a conversation with the Leader or Co-Leader of the Children's Ministry, complete a Youth Workers Screening form, and a background check before be able to serve in the Children's ministry. How do I volunteer with music?

If you enjoy leading worship or playing in a band on stage – or behind-the-scenes- the Worship & Tech Ministry is for you! Both vocalists and instrumentalists should be skilled with their instrument and be willing to both take and give direction, as well as blend with the rest of the team. Volunteers interested in serving in the tech and media booth will receive training in how to use our equipment. If you are interested in serving, fill out the form and Worship Director, Lindsay Michael, will get in touch with you.
