Come celebrate the end of the school year with the Radius Student Ministry. Open to grades 6-12, we are going to a Peoria Chiefs baseball game on May 20. If your student needs a ride, be at MCC by 5:30pm. It is only $12 to buy your ticket. On this night, the Peoria Chiefs are taking on the Cedar Rapids Kernels with a special promotional Wands & Wizards night. Be sure to bring a card for food. Play Ball!!

This is a church-wide initiative to serve beyond ourselves, helping people inside and outside the LOVE20 area. Let us show the love of Jesus to the communities around us. During this week, there will be many opportunities for MCCers of all ages and skill sets to volunteer. Some of the projects in the works this year will be baking cookies, serving at a homeless shelter, donating blood, and so much more. Projects and sign-ups will be available on May 24, both in person and online via the weekly calendar tab. Please consider giving a few hours pack to our local communities through the Serve LOVE20 initiative.

Shiloh Christian Children's Ranch is an organization that provides alternative Christian housing for children with a background of abuse or neglect and attempts to meet the spiritual, emotional, educational, social and physical needs of each child. This mission trip is an opportunity to serve in many different ways. This is not only an opportunity to serve on the mission field, but to also be renewed spiritually through service, fellowship, prayer, and personal time with God. This is open to students in sixth grade and up, along with adults interested in serving the mission. A parent must accompany children in grades below sixth.

MOVE is a 5-day summer event designed for high school students to know Jesus better, deepen their relationships, and be sent out to do Kingdom Work. Spots are filling up fast!

In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, they’ll journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23. They’ll discover the life of the shepherd-king David and will learn how to cross from worry to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainty to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd. Get your passport ready for Ireland and join the adventure!
